Thanks for the conference call we had on Friday.
I found the session to be very informative. With this being my first experience with commercial lending, you explained everything thoroughly and hit on the most important key points. I do find that I have enough information to get me started with the process. I was very apprehensive about speaking to a borrower before our session because my expertise is residential. I felt I was out of my league and surely did not want to sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about to the borrower. Since the session, I was able to speak to a borrower yesterday without feeling intimidated. I’m still very nervous but have enough confidence to get me through the initial process. But I know that I have you there to help me along the way.
Thanks again for the time you set aside for me. I am looking forward to working with you and learning all there is about commercial lending. Knowing that you were once in the same position I am now, and hearing your accomplishments, I find it very motivational and inspirational!

I spoke to you about a week or so ago about a commercial loan I was working on. I just wanted to thank you for your assistance and professionalism during our conversations. During my short time in this business (4 months) you have been by far the most helpful in answering my questions.
Unfortunately I lost the loan to Wachovia (7.01%) because of rate. Your rate (7.50) was by far the best I could find. As I try to grow my commercial business even more you will be at the top of my list.
